Platform, CI, or deployment failures

Coaching/pre-assessment reports or section-level feedback are missing or not displaying (blank), preventing students from seeing performance by section.

  • Can’t see Coaching report for D196?? I did a pre assessment yesterday but my score won’t show? This is all I can see

  • [...] coaching report blank [...] I have no idea how I did per section.

  • After an hour of issues and being transferred to multiple support people, I was finally able to get in the test. By that point I was exhausted.

  • [...] I officially started the assessment at 1057pm and finished it at 1231am EST (5/1). [...] my results were not posting. As I’m writing this today 5/1 @ 8am, the class is showing failed for my last term and it’s listed on my new term.

Assessment materials misaligned with learning activities

Practice assessments, module final tests, and PAs do not align with the Objective Assessment (OA), leaving students unprepared for OA content and difficulty.

  • [Some questions that were on the OA weren't even included in the PA, and a few that were went slightly more indepth than the PA.]

  • [I notice the PA is completely different from the OA after the first attempt.. so.. Then I do all the practice questions… I do all the final tests in those modules.. I get to the OA and I feel like I’m good and then? Wtf…?]

  • I did well on the practice but I felt the questions were not as closely related as I expected.

Unclear or ambiguous instructions and questions

Lesson quiz questions are ambiguous or overly picky (technicalities/expected-answer selection misaligned with taught material), causing inconsistent scoring.

  • Especially on questions where it feels like they screw you on technicality (there's 2-3 right answers but the one they want is a smidge better). ... Covering the material feels easy and at times feels like common sense but then the lesson quizzes do a rug pull.
