Proctoring platform and pre-exam checks are unreliable (queueing failures and inaccurate network/upload prechecks) causing exam delays or preventing start

  • I wasn’t paired with a proctor until 6:45ish... Once I reopened the software, it said I was next in line... About 20 minutes go by with nothing then all of a sudden it put me to the back of the queue. I didn’t end up taking my test until about 8:30pm.
