What changed
Baptist Health opened its first-phase outpatient medical campus in SilverLeaf on June 23, 2026, adding hospital-grade outpatient care (imaging, labs, physician offices and an emergency center component) to the community. The campus was permitted for $16.8 million in January 2025 and received approval for a helipad addition in April 2026. Baptist Health is the facility operator and a first-party source for its own campus.
